Why Pilates?

We only have one body, when you feel good inside you can live your life naturally, and satisfactorily with spontaneous zest and pleasure, plus energy to spare.

The Essence of the Pilates exercises can be used to enhance other activities in your life from competitive sport to moving through your daily routine.

Your instructor

An instructor with over ten years in Pilates and fitness.
I teach mat and studio Pilates classes at local fitness clubs (Teddington, Hampton and Weybridge) and provide individual classes for those needing a specific programme. I've enjoyed seeing people happier as a result of our work together.

I've worked with pre and post pregnancy clients in Teddington for which I hold a specific qualification
